We charge the applicable travel fee regardless of whether the notarization can be completed or not, as long as the cancellation or inability to proceed with the notarization is due to the signer's actions, such as not showing up for the appointment or not having proper identification. No refunds will be provided for any reasons other then a document not being able to be accepted due to an error on the Notary's part. In which case a refund will be provided, and the document will be fixed for free by the owner.
